{"id":265,"date":"2018-09-25T00:38:30","date_gmt":"2018-09-24T14:38:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sbgagames.com\/news\/?p=265"},"modified":"2018-09-25T00:38:30","modified_gmt":"2018-09-24T14:38:30","slug":"meeting-24-september-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sbgagames.com\/news\/meeting-24-september-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Meeting 24 September 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El Prez blitzes SmartAss<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There were only 5 of us at the September meet at Illawong.\u00a0 <strong>Gill<\/strong>&#8211; still coming to grips with being a new mum, missed one of her faves, <strong>Genelle<\/strong> was still rambling over the gentle green hills of England, and <strong>Jordan<\/strong> was a bit overwhelmed with work commitments.\u00a0 The reduced attendance was the main factor in making the game of <em>SmartAss<\/em> unusually quick &#8211; so much so that we were able to fit in <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">three<\/span> games before starting<em>\u00a0Pass The Pigs<\/em>.\u00a0 The first two of those games were won convincingly by none other than <strong>El<\/strong> <strong>Prez<\/strong>, proving he was the Smartest Ass of the night.\u00a0 He garnered the main game victory, and the 100 points have very handily pushed him two steps up the ladder, overtaking Gill and Jordan who are now tied at the Spoon position.\u00a0 <strong>El Trez<\/strong> came 2nd in both games, and the 75 points have increased his cometition lead by 60 points.\u00a0 <strong>Mark<\/strong>&#8216;s 25 points for 3rd place in <em>Ass<\/em> Have pushed him up to be tied with <strong>Genelle<\/strong> at 4th on the ladder.\u00a0 In <em>Pass The Pigs<\/em> Our host <strong>Louise<\/strong> had a gutsy win and <strong>Tara<\/strong> came 3rd after an unpromising start.
